Legal notice
Purpose
The provider, responsible for this website, makes this document available to users with the aim of fulfilling the obligations established by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and of informing all website users of its terms of use.
Anyone accessing this website assumes the role of user and undertakes to observe and strictly comply with the provisions set out here, as well as any other applicable legal provisions.
The provider reserves the right to modify any information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give prior notice or inform users of such changes; publication on the provider's website shall be deemed sufficient.
Liability
The provider disclaims any liability arising from information published on its website when that information has been altered or introduced by an unrelated third party.
The provider's website may use cookies (small information files sent by the server to the computer of the person accessing the page) to perform certain functions considered essential for the correct operation and display of the site. Cookies used on the website are, in all cases, temporary, solely intended to make their subsequent transmission more efficient, and disappear at the end of the user's session. Cookies shall under no circumstances be used to collect personal information.
The client's website may redirect users to content on third-party websites. As the provider cannot always control the content introduced by third parties on their websites, it accepts no liability for that content. In all cases, the provider states that it will immediately remove any content that could contravene national or international legislation, morality or public order, immediately removing the redirect to the website concerned and notifying the competent authorities of the content in question.
The provider is not responsible for information and content stored, including but not limited to, in forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other means allowing third parties to publish content independently on the provider's website. Nevertheless, in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider makes itself available to all users, authorities and security forces and actively cooperates in removing or, where appropriate, blocking content that could affect or contravene national or international legislation, third-party rights, morality or public order. If a user considers that the website contains material which could fall within this category, they are asked to notify the website administrator immediately.
This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure correct operation. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider does not rule out the possibility of programming errors, force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that could make access to the website impossible.
Intellectual and industrial property
The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, its designs, logos, text and/or graphics, belongs to the provider or is used under a licence or express authorisation from the authors. All website content is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation and registered in the corresponding public registers.
Regardless of the intended purpose, total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and marketing always require the provider's prior written authorisation. Any use without the provider's prior authorisation shall be considered a serious infringement of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights.
Designs, logos, text and/or graphics not belonging to the provider which may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are responsible for any disputes that may arise concerning them. In all cases, the provider has their express prior authorisation.
The provider expressly DOES NOT AUTHORISE third parties to redirect directly to specific website content; they must always redirect to the provider's main website.
The provider recognises the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights of their holders. Their mere mention or appearance on the website does not imply any rights or liability of the provider in relation to them, nor any endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by the provider.
Any comments concerning possible infringements of intellectual or industrial property rights, or any website content, may be submitted through the contact channels available on this website.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Spanish law shall apply to the resolution of all disputes or issues related to this website or the activities carried out on it, and the parties expressly submit to it. The Courts and Tribunals of Benidorm shall have jurisdiction to resolve all disputes arising from or related to its use.
